The 2025 NHL Draft is here. As of today, the Rangers will make 8 picks in this year’s draft. While they don’t have a pick in the first round, which is tonight, all 8 picks will be in rounds 2-7 tomorrow afternoon. Hope did a mock draft with her picks and what she thinks the Rangers will do, so be sure to check that out. There’s an outside shot the Rangers wind up back in the first round tonight, but that wouldn’t be until later in the round.

We still have no idea what Chris Drury’s plan is or how he’s going to approach this draft as a way to improve the current roster. There are a lot of rumors and balls in the air, so let’s see how this shakes out.
