The NHL released the full schedule for the first round of the 2024 Stanley Cup Playoffs overnight on Friday after it was determined that the Vegas Golden Knights will play the Dallas Stars and Los Angeles Kings will go at it with the Edmonton Oilers.
The Washington Capitals will host Games 3 and 4 against the New York Rangers on Friday at 7 PM ET and Sunday at 8 PM ET.
There will be two instances where Washington and New York will have an extra day off between games: Games 2 and 3, and 4 and 5.
A limited number of individual game tickets for all possible home games of the First Round are available via Ticketmaster.com. Capitals fans are encouraged to make their ticket purchases directly from the team. Only tickets purchased through the team are guaranteed to be valid. Fans can purchase their tickets through any Ticketmaster sales channel and also through NHL Ticket Exchange. NHL Ticket Exchange is the only guaranteed secondary ticket reseller, and all tickets purchased on NHL Ticket Exchange are verified by Ticketmaster. The tournament will open on Saturday with Game 1 between the New York Islanders and Carolina Hurricanes (5 PM ET, TBS, truTV) and Toronto Maple Leafs and Boston Bruins (8 PM ET, TBS, truTV).
