The Cavaliers advanced to the second round after a 106-94 win in Game 7 vs. the Magic.
Donovan Mitchell led Cleveland with 39 points, nine rebounds and five assists, while Caris LeVert added 15 points and five rebounds off the bench. Paolo Banchero was again the star in Orlando with 38 points and 16 rebounds.
Here’s how NBA Twitter reacted to the Cavs victory.

We called the Cavs “soft” all year because of what happened last year against the Knicks in the playoffs.
For them to be down to the Magic by as much as 18 points in the first half, then come back in the second half to win a Game 7 is a MASSIVE step in the right direction.

Sorry to all the weirdos who were ready to drive Mitchell to the airport because he scored too many points in Game 6, guess you’ll have to stomach at least 4 more games.

Nightmare second half for the Orlando Magic. The need for 3-point shooting is more obvious than ever. This summer they gotta find some knockdown shooters and a shotmaking PG.

Donovan Mitchell literally dragging the Cavs to victory.
It’s really similar to LeBron James performances of old. https://t.co/yJDIcr4W2Z

Paolo Banchero joins Kareem Abdul-Jabbar as the only players in NBA history with 35+ points, 15+ rebounds, and 3+ steals in a game 7.

Paolo Banchero has consistently found breakdowns in the defense and made insane reads for someone his size to an open shooter only for the shooter to brick the shot all season long.
The box score will never reflect how insanely good of a playmaker he is. Get him some shooters!

I don’t wanna see Donovan Mitchell in another uniform. He is so fun to watch play basketball
