The French national team reached the Olympics final for the third time in history after beating Germany 73-69. Victor Wembanyama had a strong performance with 11 points, seven rebounds, four assists and three blocks while Guerschon Yabusele led France in scoring with 17 points.
Dennis Schroeder had 18 points for the Germans and Franz Wagner added 10 points.
