Last week, I obtained a copy of the proposal that the NCAA D-I council will vote on Thursday, which if approved, will pave the way for CHL players to become NCAA eligible.
There isn’t anything earth-shattering in the proposal itself. It’s generally what I’ve been reporting for the last several months. But here are some notes and takeaways on the actual legislation.
