The chasing pack are all in action from 4pm ahead of the league leaders taking to the ice at 5pm on Sunday.
Nottingham Panthers welcome Fife Flyers to the Motorpoint Arena as third take on last. It’s been a heavy weekend for the Flyers with leaders Belfast at home on Saturday night, although they were unlucky to go down by just a single goal. The Panthers need to win in regulation to stay in the league title hunt, and are the league’s equal-best team over the last 20 games with 31 points out of a possible 40.

In Sheffield, the second-placed Steelers continue retro weekend with the visit of fourth-placed Cardiff Devils. The Devils won all five meetings between the teams at the Vindico Arena this season, but are without a win at the Utilita Arena since 1 October 2024 – a run of five straight games. Sheffield logged an OT win against Guildford on Saturday to stay three points off leaders Belfast, but did surrender their ‘regulation wins’ tie-breaker advantage in the process.

League leaders Belfast Giants will look to cap a perfect week in Glasgow when they face the Clan at Braehead Arena from 5pm. After lifting the Challenge Cup, the Giants came through a tricky game in Fife with a regulation win. Sixth-placed Clan are fourth for form over the last 30 games, showing how their slow start has left them chasing in the league standings. They’ve won six of their last seven at home, and have beaten the Giants on three of their four visits to Braehead this season.

Coventry Blaze and Manchester Storm end their 3-in-3 this weekend in the same way they started it – facing each other. This game is a reverse of Friday night’s fixture in Manchester that saw Storm pick up a comeback win. Both teams were beaten on Saturday, leaving the Blaze looking for their first points of the weekend. Manchester’s runway to make the playoffs is fast running out – they have seven games, including tonight, to make up a six-point gap on Dundee. Coventry secured their playoff place on Saturday night despite losing in Glasgow.

The weekend’s final game sees Dundee Stars continue their double-header in the south by visiting Guildford Flames. The Stars were comfortably beaten in Cardiff on Saturday night, while the Flames took Sheffield Steelers to overtime and arguably should have left with more than just a point. Guildford could still finish fifth this season, although could also be pushed down to seventh. Dundee have a six-point lead on Manchester for the final playoff place, and will make the post-season if they can match, or better, Storm’s form for another few weeks.
