The Timberwolves are now up 3-1 against the Lakers after a thrilling 116-113 Game 4 win. A three-pointer by Austin Reaves put LA up 10 with 11:25 left, but the team could only score 16 more points as Anthony Edwards led Minnesota’s comeback and ended up with 43 points, nine rebounds, and eight assists.
LeBron James had another great performance with 27 points, 12 rebounds, eight assists, three blocks and three steals, and Luka Doncic scored 38 points but the bench was again non-existent with six points.

Ant might send home Luka & Lebron, Durant & Booker and Jokic at just 23

The best quality in a transcendent player is beyond individual dominance & stats. It’s bringing out the best in their teammates, giving them confidence to make big plays down the stretch.
Ant Edwards has that competitive “IT FACTOR” & we’re witnessing the takeover in real time.

After four games (and a 3-1 lead), Anthony Edwards has just six total turnovers. Unreal.

Just a brilliant performance and masterful 43 points by Anthony Edwards tonight in the Timberwolves win over the Lakers. As the old saying goes, live by the jump shot, die by the jump shot.

Anthony Edwards is on a Randy Orton legend killer run right now

I get no one feels sorry for the big, bad Lakers but…Luka got tripped, no call. Also, Lakers used final time out thinking they had possession down one only to lose it when the challenge – aided by an overhead camera angle – resulted in a LeBron foul on Edwards. Brutal.

Bottom line: anybody who watched the Timberwolves this year could have told you that the Timberwolves were a bad matchup for the Lakers. They got size. They’re young. They have depth. And they got LeBron Jr. They’re a problem.

Anthony Edwards has been the best player in this series.
