The NFL might be witnessing a budding romance that could give Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift a run for their money: Tom Brady and actress Sydney Sweeney. Brady, the seven-time Super Bowl champion turned FOX Sports broadcaster and minority owner of the Las Vegas Raiders, was reportedly seen dancing with Sweeney at Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez’s wedding in Venice this week.
According to TMZ, Brady spent the weekend festivities “chatting up” the 27-year-old actress. The Daily Mail also reported that while Brady “danced with everyone,” Sweeney was the “most sought-after person” at the wedding.
A source told the Mail: “Sydney apparently is the most sought-after person to be around at the Bezos wedding. Everyone wants to talk to her and every guy that has been in her presence has talked about how stunning she is in real life.”
The party where Brady and Sweeney were seen dancing together went on until 2 am, and the duo was spotted the next day strolling through the streets of Venice with actor Orlando Bloom, who recently ended his engagement with Katy Perry.
Sweeney, known for her role in ‘Euphoria,’ recently ended her own engagement with Jonathan Davino earlier this year.
Meanwhile, Brady divorced his long-term wife, Brazilian model Gisele Bundchen, in October 2022. The couple had been together since December 2006 and got married in 2009. Rumors have been swirling that the divorce between NFL legend Tom Brady and his ex-wife, Gisele Bundchen, was partly due to his decision to come out of retirement after the 2021 season.
Brady initially announced his retirement in February 2022, only to reverse his decision just 40 days later, declaring he would return for the 2022 season.
The couple shares two children, while Brady has a third child from a previous relationship with actress Bridget Moynahan. Since his split from Bundchen, who recently welcomed a third child with her new partner Joaquim Valente, Brady briefly dated model Irina Shayk in 2023.
The former New England Patriots and Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback hasn’t ruled out the possibility of remarrying in the future.
