Rangers sign Taylor Raddysh to 2 year contract

Chris Drury isn’t slowing down, signing right wing Taylor Raddys to a two year contract carrying a $1.5 million cap hit. This is a solid bargain bin signing by Drury, as Raddysh is a solid third line right winger who can add a lot of security against Gabe Perreault, Brett Berard, and/or Brennan Othmann needing more time in the AHL. The cap hit is very small and manageable as well.

Unfortunately Raddysh was a member of the 2018 Canadian World Juniors team and testified at the trial for the five players indicted for sexual assault. Raddysh testified he was in the room but didn’t remember what happened. He has not been formally charged. On the ice, Taylor Raddysh is a solid signing who provides good offensive depth. Off the ice, well, you just read it.

Kudos to Glove Save Gaming for nailing this one.
