Jordon Hudson, the girlfriend of renowned football coach Bill Belichick, has quietly amassed a real estate portfolio estimated to be worth around $8 million.
Hudson recently faced online criticism after she attended a Tar Heels football practice with Belichick. The situation escalated when Hudson interrupted a CBS News reporter who was inquiring about their relationship, prompting a formal statement from the 73-year-old coach that was later disputed by the news outlet.
In an unusual social media move, Hudson shared a private email revealing Belichick’s concerns about negative press surrounding his memoir, ‘The Art of Winning: Lessons from a Life in Football’.
Amidst the media storm, a former New England Patriots player suggested that North Carolina should terminate Belichick’s contract, just months after he was hired in December.
In addition to this, Hudson has been making strategic moves in the real estate market over the past 18 months. Property records indicate that the 24 year old purchased three multi-family homes in the greater Boston area in December 2023, with the total mortgage agreements amounting to approximately $7.5 million.
According to DailyMail.com, Hudson has snapped up a $2.2 million Dorchester townhouse, slapping down a $1.2 million mortgage for the transformation into three chic units, with one pad now on the market on Realtor.com at a cool $5,000 a month.
Not resting on her laurels, within hours of inking the first deal, Hudson locked in another $1.2 million mortgage on a neighboring townhouse gem appraised at $2.3 million.
A mere two weeks later, she splurged a hefty $3 million on a sprawling multi-family charmer.
Back in October of 2023, she also dished out $610,000 for a quaint Cape Cod cottage in Harwich, now listed as her digs on mortgage forms. All these savvy buys were made through an LLC, casting Hudson as the “borrower” in all the mortgage docs.
DON’T MISS
Facing flak for interrupting during Belichick’s CBS Sunday Morning feature, Hudson found her partner jumping to her defense. “She was not deflecting any specific question or topic but simply doing her job to ensure the interview stayed on track,” said he, setting the record straight.
He didn’t stop there – squashing myths about their rendezvous, he disclosed: “Some of the clips make it appear as though we were avoiding the question of how we met, but we have been open about the fact that Jordon and I met on a flight to Palm Beach in 2021.”
