The Washington Capitals fell to the San Jose Sharks by a score of 2-1 in overtime Tuesday night at Capital One Arena. The loss dropped the Capitals’ record to 17-6-2 and 36 points on the season. Goaltender Logan Thompson made 29 saves in the loss.
