When it comes to tower defence, you might be frustrated by the somewhat lacklustre variety available. In most of these games, you’ll only have a few possible units to defend your precious base, but that’s where CD2: Trapmaster comes in.
CD2: Trapmaster is a mixture of deck builder and tower defence, where you build up a deck of over 100 traps to defend your altar against hordes of enemies. You’ll face off against over 45 types of enemies and defend over 100 cleverly designed bases.
Coming from Ace Entertainment, Trapmaster takes you into a dark fantasy world where you are the trapmaster. You’ll discover powerful synergies and strategies to deal with different types of enemies and build yourself up to become the ultimate master of defence.
Tons of traps
We’re always intrigued by innovative new takes on genres, and while tower defence and deck builders aren’t necessarily a novel pairing, they go together quite well. Trapmaster was already out on Steam, but like many games, we’re hoping it’ll find a new lease of life as it comes to mobile.
Currently, CD2: Trapmaster is only available on iOS, however we hope to see that change in the near future. For now, you can get it on the App Store for $3.99.
