Does NFL Draft prospect Shedeur Sanders have a girlfriend? – Football – Sports

Colorado Buffaloes superstar Shedeur Sanders will learn his NFL Draft fate this week, with the quarterback tipped to be picked in the first round on Thursday. Throughout the 2024/25 college football season, Sanders was largely expected to be taken in the top three picks by a team needing a quarterback, such as the Tennessee Titans, New York Giants, and the Cleveland Browns.

However, Sanders has universally slipped down the NFL Draft board, with many NFL experts heavily leaning towards Deion Sanders’ son being taken by the Pittsburgh Steelers at No. 21. Head coach Mike Tomlin is reportedly a big fan of the 23-year-old.

Known for his unapologetic confidence, which has seen some NFL team figures scold him for how he conducted formal interviews, football fans know all about Sanders on the field but not a lot off it, such as his dating history or whether he has a girlfriend. The Daily Express Sport US tells you everything you need to know about Sanders’ love life.

Does Shedeur Sanders have a girlfriend?

Sanders hasn’t publicly confirmed whether he’s currently in a relationship. However, he has been romantically linked to several women, such as Jasmine Rae, a model and internet personality.

The pair haven’t officially confirmed whether they’re dating, but they have been spotted out together in 2023, sparking rumors. Rae, 29, is a few years older than Sanders, and the pair were seen together when the quarterback was 21.

When asked whether he has a woman in his life, Sanders shut down any romantic talk. During a recent podcast appearance, Sanders declared: “Yes, I have my mom [Pilar Sanders].”

Before links with Rae, Sanders had a confirmed relationship with actress Storm Reid, with the pair reportedly starting their time together while he was at Jackson State before he headed to the Buffaloes with his dad and brother, Shilo Sanders, where they have helped put the football program on the college football map.

“Whether I’m there or not, I do support. I will for sure be in the student section, or wherever I am, rooting for the Buffaloes … wearing the number and everything,” Reid said on “Jimmy Kimmel Live” in early 2023 before they broke up.

What is some NFL team’s problem with Shedeur Sanders?

Sanders is considered the most polarizing NFL prospect in this year’s Draft class. His unapologetic and authentic nature appeared to rub some NFL figures the wrong way.

One quarterback coach reportedly referred to Sanders as “brash” and “arrogant.” Another assistant coach told NFL Network that he was “entitled” after what he described as “the worst formal interview” he’d ever been a part of – a brutal assessment.

“I truly don’t have any space for negativity, so it doesn’t play a factor in my life at all,” Sanders told NBC News following the revelation of the anonymous comments. “I understand the easiest thing in the world to do is to be negative instead of positive. I truly don’t care what people have to say.”

The anonymous comments upset his dad and Buffaloes head coach, Deion. The ex-NFL star, considered one of the league’s best ever, vowed to find the anonymous person – and did. “We like to call that stuff out, though,” said Coach Prime. “I know who it is, you’re going to make me call him out. You know what team—don’t make me pull behind the curtain and step in that thing. … I try my best to keep it on the high road but I don’t know the address!”
