- C Evgeny Kuznetsov missed practice (personal reasons)
- He will receive care from NHL/NHLPA Player Assistance Program and will be out indefinitely

- C Michael Sgarbossa was recalled from AHL’s Hershey Bears
- RW Tom Wilson wore an aviator visor after playing a few games in a full cage before the bye week
- LW Sonny Milano, who has not played since December 10 due to an upper-body injury, remained in a non-contact jersey
- LW Max Pacioretty, who left Washington’s 5-4 overtime loss to the Dallas Stars on January 27 with a lower-body injury, participated in a regular jersey
