EURO 2024 and Copa America content continues to dominate FC 24 Ultimate Team, and a new promo has just hit the online mode with a Path to Glory Knockouts squad taking over from Greats of the Game.
EA has released a second Path to Glory squad, with some huge names involved, as both tournaments reach the pinnacle Quarter Finals stage.
Path to Glory Knockouts Release Date
Path to Glory Knockouts made its way into FC 24 Ultimate Team on Friday, 5 July, at 10 am PST (1 pm ET / 6 pm BST), replacing the Greats of the Game Icons and Heroes that were previously in packs.
Path to Glory was released in Ultimate Team just a few weeks ago, and many anticipated that it would be a one-off promo drop featuring Bukayo Saka, Pedri, and many more.
However, a second squad has hit Ultimate Team, and new players are available via packs, SBCs, Objectives, and Evolutions.
Path to Glory Knockouts Players
With both EURO 2024 and Copa America reaching the Quarter-Finals stage, EA had a smaller player pool to choose from, but Path to Glory Knockouts is still stacked with big names!
16 teams will participate in the upcoming matches, and EA has released 23 Path to Glory Knockouts players.
A certain Cristiano Ronaldo headlines the promo alongside Germany’s Kai Havertz, with both stars possessing a 97 OVR.

Path to Glory Upgrade Path Explained
The Path to Glory upgrade path allows featured players to receive additional upgrades to their original OVR or skill-based stats if their nations meet the necessary threshold.
The upgrade path works as follows:
- Player’s Nation Wins the Quarter-Final in the Euros/Copa America = +1 OVR Upgrade
- Player’s Nation Wins the Semi-Final in the Euros/Copa America = +1 OVR Upgrade OR 5/5*
- Player’s Nation Wins the Final in the Euros/Copa America = +1 OVR Upgrade
