Kakele Online unleashes its biggest update yet with the Orcs of Walfendah

  • MMORPG Kakele Online has unleashed its biggest update yet with Orcs of Walfendah
  • You’ll face off against new orcish enemies, explore uncharted areas and unlock new features
  • Endgame boss Ghorannon also gets a deviously difficult makeover

Fans of Kakele Online should sit up and take notice because this mobile MMORPG is getting its biggest update ever this week! This major update, titled Orcs of Walfendah, brings new enemies to face, regions to explore and even more new features.

The star attraction here, of course, is the titular orcs. These familiar fantasy villains were conspicuously absent from Kakele Online but now invade in full force. Not only will you face off against a distinctive, diverse roster of foes, but you can also explore new uncharted regions, and unlock new cards, pets, mounts and auras as part of this update.

But it’s not just orcish foes you’ll be facing down! Endgame boss Ghorannon now comes with two unique forms to offer an even more challenging experience for high-level players. Meanwhile, two fresh new storyline chapters designed for levels 280-400 are being added, and for those who’ve ground their way to level 1000, the “ultimate challenge” awaits them in new secret areas.

Looks like meat’s back on the menu boys!

Ever since they first debuted way back in Tolkien’s writings, and were codified in their modern green form over in Warhammer Fantasy, orcs have been a familiar mascot of fantasy; both as misunderstood individuals and as faceless minions of evil. But what they do offer is a surprisingly diverse roster of foes to battle that go beyond your typical bandits and monsters.

Even though Kakele Online is hardly what you’d call a traditional fantasy world with its “everything and the kitchen sink” approach, it’s still always fun to see something a little more familiar being dropped in.

Kakele Online itself is, like many releases at the moment, billed as being extensively player-friendly. But that’s not just lip service, as Stephen’s interview with developer Bruno Adami attests to.
