Merrimack grad defenseman Liam Dennison signed with the Utah Grizzlies (ECHL) on Wednesday.
The Warriors’ alternate captain appeared in all 35 games for the Warriors this season and was second on the team with 49 blocked shots. He had four goals and 15 assists in his NCAA career.
Dennison will wear No. 22 for the Grizzlies.
Dennison becomes the seventh member of the 2024 class to sign a pro deal. He’ll be reunited with former Warrior Mick Messner, who signed his first pro deal with the Utah Grizzlies last season and is still a member of the roster.
The Grizzlies are the ECHL affiliate of the Colorado Avalanche.
