Merrimack on the verge of back-to-back top-10 classes?

In our mailbag post yesterday, I wrote about Merrimack’s two top-10 recruiting classes (2019 and 2024). Putting together this week’s recruiting report, I noticed that Neutral Zone currently ranks the Warriors with the No. 7 recruiting class for 2025.

Granted, a lot can change between now and enrollment next summer, but Merrimack has the potential for three top-10 classes in six seasons and back-to-back top-10 classes.

There are a few players I’m comfortable saying are 100 percent locks for the 2025 class. Parker LaLonde (4*), Ethen Beyer (3.75*), and Ben Yurchuk (4*) are all 2004-born players. They’re definitely in the 2025 class.

The other members of the class will be based on need (who graduates) and 2024-25 performance (i.e. who’s ready?).

I have a projection in our recruit report, but as I’ve noted, that’s only TMR’s projection.

Here is this week’s full recruit report, with the latest stats for all committed players.
