NY Rangers Game 59: Rangers vs Toronto

[ad_1]

The Rangers are four points out with a game in hand on the Columbus Blue Jackets, looking to make it two tonight with Toronto coming to town. But now they will do it without Chris Kreider and Adam Fox, with the latter being the bigger loss. The Rangers simply don’t generate offense without Fox on the ice, and their blue line can’t move the puck well. Zac Jones is a puck mover, but he’s not Fox.

This is one of those games where you expect the Rangers to lose, but knowing them, they will probably find a way to win while riding Igor Shesterkin. They seem to win when they shouldn’t and lose when they should win. Such is the story of this very frustrating season.
