Little surprise then that HyperBeard’s newest release focuses on just such a what-if scenario with Penguin Sushi Bar: Idle Game!
If you’re wondering what to expect from Penguin Sushi Bar, it pretty much says it right on the tin. You’ll build up a team of culinarily talented penguins to manage a sushi bar serving up delicious fresh sushi to a wide variety of customers that come floating by.
You’ll be able to recruit distinctive penguins with differing skills, craft different kinds of sushi and grab some idle rewards while you’re not playing. That’s on top of the ability to upgrade your sushi bar, use different boosters to power up your culinary capabilities, or serve VIPs (very important penguins) that visit your restaurant.

Yes, Penguin Sushi Bar is as straightforward as can be, but with some adorable art and a relaxing soundtrack, I can hardly find anything objectionable about HyperBeard’s newest release. As with many of HyperBeard’s releases, it seems very niche but has a competent and distinctive style that seems to mark its catalogue.
Penguin Sushi Bar is seemingly out now on Android, but if you’re an iOS user you’ll need to wait until January 15th to get your hands (wings?) on this culinary simulator.
