Play Together, Haegin’s mobile social network game, is debuting another summer event with the fun-filled Fruit Festival. This event will debut a new NPC that offers exciting rewards and missions for you to undertake, as well as the requisite suite of cosmetic items and more to unlock. So let’s dig into this bushel of new additions.
The new non-player character in question is Appley, who’ll offer you a variety of festival-related missions that’ll reward you with Fruit Bingo Coins. You can then trade these in for a game of Bingo (naturally) that will then allow you to collect rewards including in-game currency, gems and an apple-themed costume.
But if you hate Apples, don’t worry, because the avocado-themed NPC Avon will also let you trade in your Fruit Bingo Coins to craft Fruit Pets, which come in ten varieties such as Dewy Avocado and Cheeky Melon. Finally, there’s the Plump Peach Attendance event which offers a variety of cosmetic rewards for checking in over a total of seven days.
Fun fruits
The update is also slated to arrive alongside numerous in-game optimizations and UI changes. But personally, I can’t believe that there would be two people who would choose to dress up as fruits, much less appear in the same place. Are they rivals? Will Appley and Avon fight to the death? Only time will tell.
