The first and clearest move Olympiacos must make—and has needed for years—is to add a guard who can truly make a difference. They don’t need to add just more “tools,” but someone who can create both for himself and for his teammates. And there is one player who would be ideal. We’re of course talking about Vasilije Micic. The Serbian guard wants to return to Europe and is looking for the right environment to do so. His quality is truly unbelievable, and he has already hurt Olympiacos in the past at Final Fours, even winning two consecutive EuroLeague titles with Efes. Olympiacos has spoken with him; he knows about their interest. However, he must hear and receive what he wants and needs in order to take that step.
