NFL quarterback Russell Wilson has admitted he can’t control himself around his pop star wife Ciara following a recent social post of hers.
The pair first got together back in 2015, later marrying the following year in July 2016. They also have four children together, one from Ciara’s previous relationship with Future whom Wilson has raised as his own.
And it seems the number four could be set to become five if Wilson’s recent comments on his wife’s social media posts are anything to go by. Recently, Ciara posted some photos of herself enjoying Carnival in Trinidad and Tobago.
She captioned the post: “Wuz de scene?!…CiCi in Trini! Doin Trini Tings.” And that prompted Wilson to respond to the post: “This is my mating call I see…Keep p sippin’ on that @tentoonerum… Cinco goin’ to be on di way!”
And it isn’t the first time in recent days that Wilson has mentioned having a fifth child with Ciara, either.
The pair recently attended the Vanity Fair Oscars Party, with Wilson clearly enamoured with his wife. Posing for the cameras, Wilson donned a black tuxedo whilst Ciara wore a see-through outfit. Posting photos of the pair, Ciara wrote on Instagram: “Went home with my own award.”
And Wilson replied: “Dress like that again… dare u… Cinco coming shortly after…”
As for Wilson’s NFL career, it remains to be seen where the Super Bowl-winning quarterback will land for the 2025 season. Last year, Wilson played for the Pittsburgh Steelers, salvaging his career following a dismal run with the Denver Broncos.
Whether or not he returns to the Steelers is also unclear. “It’s been such a blessing to be here,” said Wilson following the Steelers playoff defeat to the Baltimore Ravens.

“I trust God in wherever that is. You know it’s a special, special place. I know God brought me here for a reason. He gave me so much joy being here. You know, just being around the guys that were around. I love black and gold and what it means to me.”
