Sean Trumper has been named the 2025 TMR Men’s Basketball Unsung Hero award winner.
Trumper transferred to Merrimack from Franklin Pierce. The forward finished second on the team in rebounds and steals, averaging 8.5 points per game. Trumper started all 33 games for the Warriors and averaged 32.7. minutes, which was second on the team behind Budd Clark. Trump was also second on the team in assists (67).
The TMR Awards are presented annually by The Mack Report. The men’s hockey awards have been presented since 2007. The men’s basketball awards were instituted in 2022.
