Joyce (16-3, 15 KOs) is the underdog in this contest, and few people believe he has much of any shot at getting the victory. Although Joe still has the size and engine to defeat the favorite Hrgovic (17-1, 14 KOs), his punch resistance and lack of foot & hand speed make it unlikely that he’ll win. The wise owl promoter Eddie Hearn predicts that Filip, 30, will stop Joyce within three or four rounds tonight.

In the co-feature bout, British heavyweights David Adeleye (13-1, 12 KOs) and Jeamie TKV (8-1, 5 KOs) will battle in a 12-rounder for the British strap. This fight has gotten a lot of attention in the UK from fans due to the trash-talking at the table-turing episode during the final press conference.
Adeleye, 28, has more experience as a pro, albeit against pedestrian-level opposition for the most part. He stepped up once and was easily knocked out in seven rounds by Fabio Wardley in 2023. So that’s what we’re dealing with here in tonight’s Adeleye-TKV clash. It’s one of those domestic-level entertaining-type fights but without huge ramifications for the division at the world level.
