Tower of God: New World, Netmarble’s hit RPG, is set to introduce a new SSR teammate, in-game events and more in its latest update. Yes, there are new boss battles and a new face to add to your lineup with SSR [Golden Beast] Lilial.
Tower of God: New World is, of course, based on the hit manhwa (Korean manga) series of the same name. In it, characters ascend an enormous tower, attempting to overcome a variety of challenges while exploring the various biomes of the colossal structure.
Now, your team’s ascent will be eased with the help of Lilial. Able to summon her puma during combat and always preferring to be the centre of attention, her introduction comes alongside an exclusive check-in event running to September 11th, a Boost Mission and other bonuses.
Boss of the tower
The other major introduction is a brand new Giga Boss Battle that’ll be available until September 4th. You’ll be challenged, alongside other players, to take on a powerful boss to earn a high score. As you progress, each server gets a cumulative score that will then determine overall rewards, with the highest-ranking players on each server getting new borders, titles and other goodies.
