The Washington Capitals announced the roster that will play in their second preseason game on Tuesday night at the Boston Bruins (7 PM ET, Monumental Sports Network locally, NHL Network nationally).
Center Pierre Luc Dubois, who was acquired from the Los Angeles Kings for Darcy Kuemper on June 19, and defenseman Ilya Protas, the 78th overall pick in June by Washington, are the most notable players set to suit up at TD Garden.
The Capitals will give former high picks Terik Parascak (assist in Sunday’s 6-2 loss to Philadelphia), Ivan Miroshnichenko (goal), and Andrew Cristall (goal) another look up front after each shined in the team’s preseason opener.
Tuesday’s outing will be the first of a back-to-back for Washington with the team scheduled to visit the New Jersey Devils on Wednesday night.
