This weekend came with good news as Kuro Games released the next update for Wuthering Waves, titled Version 1.4: When the Night Knocks. This time, the open-world RPG will see you take part in a new main event with two new and powerful characters. With that, you can also look forward to new weapons, upgrades, and a bunch of other events.
At the core of Wuthering Waves’ version 1.4 update is the Somnoire: Illusive Realms mode, the new main event. This is a roguelike adventure that teleports you into a chaotic dreamscape where a gateway to the realm of illusions has opened up because of a train derailment. Keep your eyes peeled for a mysterious figure who’ll taunt you at every step.
The update also features a new companion story, called the Forking Path Among the Stars. Witness Camellya patiently standing in the Black Shores greenhouse surrounded by the sea of stars. Infinite timelines exist in this moment, but Camellya knows that they lead to the same destiny. Explore more about the character in this new tale.
In addition, you can get your hands on two new Resonators, five-star Camellya and four-star Lumi. Pair them up with either the new five-star Red Spring or four-star Somnoire Anchor weapons, and you’re good to go.
